Assessing and Developing Internal Auditors’ Skills at Raytheon Co.

Today’s corporations and organizations confront the critical challenge of ensuring that internal auditors maintain knowledge and skills in the face of constant and rapid change. Auditors must explore new technologies, identify and help mitigate emerging risks, and develop solutions to complex business challenges in a global business environment.
