- The email summaries are clear and well organized. I like the presentation.
- Sample audit plans, checklists and control tools are always the biggest plus. You can never just take one and apply it to your individual business. But they provide a great starting point for audit activity. There is some info an AuditNet etc, but these retail or store audit plans are generally extremely basic and limited.
- Overall, this is good value for the money. The information is topical and timely.
- Provides a great resource for a reasonable price.
- KnowledgeLeader provides a central source for quality guidance and audit programs on many topics that it would take much longer to gather were they not centralized on here.
- KnowledgeLeader’s comments on the crunch/crisis so far is excellent.
